Part time status

After my maternity leave Alex and I agreed that I would be able to go back to work as part time status. I am so fortunate that he's able to support us when I scaled back my hours. He essentially gave up his paternity leave so I  can spend 2 weekdays with Chloe. I know he would have loved to spend a few weeks with her but he sacrificed that for me. In a perfect world we'd both be able to spend time with Chloe but for now we're making do with the cards we were dealt.
