hard workers

Target.com is SOOOO horrible!  I've run into so many problems with their website, with their returns and with lots of other things in general.  Today I went to the Target store to to return shoes I had purchased on their website with my Target RED card.  I had the packing slip which says "bring for returns" and my confirmation email and my RED card.  The people at the returns desk were super busy but they were trying really hard to help me since none of the things they scanned were showing up to return my shoes!  They were on the phone with the target.com returns help desk for 15-20 minutes and pretty much got no where.

I was getting annoyed with how long the whole process was taking but I couldn't fault anyone but target.com since the girls in the store were working really hard.  Eventually they let me return the shoes for store credit which isn't a bad compromise.
